After last week’s earnings announcement and significant decrease in new orders, steps are being taken to move forward with putting a percentage of SAs into C2E. This is across all segments.

TC is a joke just like MK was. Those 2 and EK have done significant damage to the SE / SA role. The Cisco SE is no longer the gold standard in the industry.
What’s SA and C2E?
I wonder what TC does all day.
I've been in the C2E model as a TSA for over 2 years now so trust me when I tell you that it is a disaster. Our PSSs hate it. Many account teams refuse to use it. The tool itself is total cr-p so I really don't blame them. Most of my peers really dislike C2E too but manage to work around it.
It's a failed experiment which needs to come to an end.
As an SED, the competition is kicking our bu-t and they don’t have a C2E-like system. They just go out and sell. Unfortunately, even at our level we are told to shut up and push something like C2E when we know it is pathetic.
Is that you EK, still trying to figure out why your C2E is a disaster. I am in Enterprise so not the Commercial dork but C2E has cost us significant deals in certain technologies that used it. We stopped using it long ago due to more business being lost than won. C2E is a solution looking for a problem. The Commercial dork is right on some of the points. It is career / pay limiting and customers don’t want it. The competition is literally using it against is. I suggest C2E be repurposed as Click-2-Executive cause everyone knows you are not an Executive and we truly need an Executive on the SA side.
Someone explain in specific terms why C2E is a bad thing. And I don’t mean for that commercial dork to repeat what he’s said a million times about customer intimacy and career progression. How is this not actually really good for us? Are you honestly happy with how sh---y the SA role currently is?
“Sales are down! Let’s make sales worse!”
C2E is a disaster.
