So funny to see all levels of management trying to convince people to reply to this survey. Looks like their own career is at stake... 😀
Like in dictatures, the only way for people to express their frustration is to refuse to participate in rigged elections...

Why even worried about it.
Just ignore. It’s not mandatory.
The questions are awful and written so they get the results that the MC want. Who is not going to say that they work hard; who is not going to say they want to perform better. Questions are fodder and survey is worthless.
I'm still ignoring the requests right to the bitter end!
7 emails and counting.......
It's ok. Fill the survey. We Are ExxonMobile
They're still sending out requests to complete the survey!!!!!
Workers: hey stop forcing rank distributions. That's not a merit-based. Stop relative ranking. That's moving the merit goalposts.
DW: cool. I change labels of distribution groups, let you move all the way to bottom in one yr, and mandate PIPs.
Site management: we now rank managers with mid& late career workers tO bE fAiR (not to avoid PIPs for management).
Workers: FML
I listen as well as them. I have filtered product.solutions@exxonmobil.com to junk folder.
- For sure
It was like the survey on paper at the end of the hot desking tour: circle one, what is your favorite desk position 🤪
Please indicate if your sentiment about the performance I f the current management committee.
- Extremely Satisfied.
- Absolutely Satisfied
- I love it, please keep it up.
- I have wet dreams with Darren
Just like the employee assessment, the results are determined beforehand.
Please rate the performance assessment system on a scale from Fabulous to Amazing.
Hi DW here, complete the survey if you want, but it really doesn’t matter because I don’t care what the results say
I ignore the daily requests to complete. 2 more days to endure the repetitive email and zoom bo--s to complete it!
I been ignoring
The survey questions are all pointless. They don't want to hear what people really think. They just want to make stuff up.
I have no doubt managers have some type of incentive in getting the % responses increased. Likely RSU or other exec incentives.
Surveys are worthless if the feedback are ignored and nothing done.
What’s the survey? Can you post it here for those of us who already jumped off the crazy train?
