Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Transition length?

Any thoughts on how long the transition will be post close for the back office work (accounting, production, DO)? Assuming everything goes pretty quick since its not your first rodeo.

Accounting will all go to Buenos Aires where it is outsourced to now. Not much accounting left in Houston anymore. Will probably take about a year to integrate after post close.

Shouldn't take long, this only involves Colorado and MidCon operations. However, KM may want to stretch it out longer to show how 'involved' she is.

We will absorb the best of the PDC folks by eliminating the same number of the useless low performing self promoting staff.

1-3 years, depending on the module, product line, and your spot in an Agile backlog.

Six months give or take. It depends on how far the transition team and get before close.
