I am still trying to get over the fact that so many fantastic employees have been told they are no longer needed here. What is the future of this place without such talents? I want to leave here as soon as possible.

Walgreens used to be a great company, but no more. Ever since Greg Wasson and Wade Miquelon initated the 'rewire' initiative back in 2010 it's been one layoff after another. The company has gone steadily downhill ever since, just look at the stock price. It's a shame. Prior to 'rewire' the company valued it's employees, and layoffs were unheard of. Nice going Wasson.
