ELT have dismantled everything, products, organization, culture, people , process, morale... They´ve eradicated anyone who knows anything in several purges so that everything is in their image with no dissent and surround themselves with brown nosers.
The company that was once a great place for employees with great professional culture is now what ELT want. A crew with conformity that they subjugate.
We all know the place is rotten to the core and will not recover despite recent AI bandwagon announcements that´s helping ELT line their pockets in the short term. Management can care less about the employees. They will be long gone while everyone get the shaft.
