We don’t see or hear the exxodus anymore; is this because everyone has left, people resigning has slowed down or people just waiting for the next round of PIL/ PIPs. Or did EM actually give good pay raises or people ok to stay for money reasons only.

Real G’s move in silence
The Exodus will rapidly pick up in July and continue through November 2023.
Management has decided that they will no longer advertise retirements, quitting.... etc.
Too much moral reducing announcements for the remaining employees and the NSI / PIP employees could use the postings in future litigation discovery since the events from 2020 through 2023 are not a "LAYOFF".
Expect the exodus to target the high cost (HC10) countries in the United States, Europe, and Singapore more than the lower cost technical centers in the rest of the world (ROW).
Two left Baytown just last week, no exxodus post anywhere
We had another guy leave last week. No #exxodus post.
OP everybody is gone. There are very few of us still here mainly trying to make it to retirement. That's it. Those that were five years or longer away from retirement just resigned or were laid off through the PIP.
Another very good young engineer left my group last week. Attrition is lower than peak but far above historic norms.
The writing is on the wall people. If you are in EMIT or Engineering your job will be outsourced. If you don't see it then you are blind. Look around your team and tell me how much has changed the lat 2 years.
I don't really understand the move to neighborhoods this year in combination with the compression raises we got in January. I'm sure we spent more on raises than hotdesking will save in overhead. If you want people to quit to save money then why bother with the raise? On the other hand, if you don't want turnover then why force RTO with hotdesking?
Not everyone is in their neighborhood yet. Just wait!
After first round some positive news and raises. Now pips will start in July followed by young people saying sc--w this and leave. Older people are just hanging on to make retirement.
How many treasurers are there? Is the 3 of our 10 or 100? Attrition is wanted until it’s not wanted. Exxon think they can turn off the tap and everyone will stay because we are EM and the rigged question say DWW is awesome
Attrition still going on in Treasurer's. 3 resigned in the last month, one of them an exec.
Not that anyone really cares about Treasurer's lol
Attrition is alive and well in the Permian.
The exodus begins in June and ends on November this year.
...wait until oil prices go down back to the 40s, raises get frozen, PIP % returns to 10% and the Exxodus will resume.
You talking about bye-bye selfies of Spring 'architecture'?
those are embarassing now. like departure emails to 'colleagues'.
Ruthless is the style now.
Poof.
Wish i would of got a raise
India attrition is high; every time I turn around there is a new Indian expat there.
The 2023 tributes have not received the message yet. There will be another 5% starting in July or ~3,000 ppl…
@OP That’s probably because everyone who is employable elsewhere or can otherwise do better has already left.
Well… all the under 30 left and are now in India.
You still have a lot of over 40, who are trying to retire before the company implodes.
So, yeah, the remaining 31-39 crowd is just too small of a denominator to maintain the exxodus-like numbers.
But! Don’t worry, India attrition is typically pretty high, so you should start to see that ramp up with PAs!
