Now that union bank conversion is near complete, when will those employees officially transition to us bank? Will a reorg occur? What have people been hearing? A lot pointing to layoffs coming down the pipeline but upper management seems to dance around the answers so getting a little concerned.

Expect layoffs this summer . Given the amount of internal applications for jobs, I think US Bank will be laying off a lot, UnionBank and US Bank employees. Our HR teams are in over their heads , they are too junior for this size company. People have had job offers rescinded. Keep you head down and eyes and ears open. This is going to be bumpy .
