Any news on this topic?
Do you think we will be able to get a raise before the acquisition?
What are people expecting for this year?
Is it usually in July/August right?

Overpaid vs whom?
Other s/w companies? h/w? SI's?
Which roles are?
Which regions? As the same role in different regions are oven not paid the same.
Majority is overpaid as it is.
As far as CS in EMEA is concerned, still getting pay rises and promo's as per usual.
No mention of reductions, or rsu's instead.
Ops don't get anything... they are awarded RSUs in lieu which is as good as nothing.
Source has the entire PEP cycle documented. Just search pay rise. You will get dates and all the details.
Exact %, i do not know. I would assume yes, but lower than inflation.
I guess 5% as the average.
Depends on two factors: 1- your ethnicity. 2- if you support your toxic manager against other individual contributors and work as a spy under his/her feet.
What AMA call?
It was made very clear in AMA call that this time the company will have PEP cycle, however the promotion will be very very limited. It was explicitly said that 'not to keep any high expectations'. So to infer from that - the annual pay rise will be minimum average across the org depending on the geos.
July
Hopefully better than last years. Was the worst one (% wise) that I have ever had in my life. With current inflation levels, I'm hoping for a little more.
For most of the company, no change. Same schedule, same plan, same process.
The answers to your other questions are just conjecture and speculation.
There's no promo or pay hikes for any Operational staff. They are getting an accelerated rsu/cash package in March next year. Value TBD in mid June. Not based on performance. Based on role and location.
There is a normal pay, equity and promotion planning cycle this summer. Go ahead and ask your manager as they have the dates, but no specific detail on budget.
Don't think so
