Who got the thank you gift from BA for good participation in return to office?
Some Boston people in my team received it while others who were fully compliant with return to office requirements did not get it.

I got socks knit by Abby
I got $250 Visa card
I know many that did not receive this gift card that had been going into the office. Appears that maybe anyone that took vacation time off (Mass and NH school vacation weeks in Feb/April) didnt receive this gift. Even though we are told take your vacation even if it is the week you are to be in the office. Well guess you are on a list of some sort if you take vacation during those weeks. Not sure how else this makes sense that so many were excluded.
@1ykc+1mUeDEGP @1ipn+1mUeDEGP Head of HR and it was a $50 e-certificate redeemable as a gift cert for a number of retailers (you choose)
Guess I didn’t have good enough participation, with I don’t know, a death in the family, illnesses like “Covid”, etc. i didn’t get anything.
What was the gift?
I got a rock.
What is BA and what did you get, and when?
I got one... dirty money but I'm not in a position to turn it down... not sure what the significance is, though I do find it puzzling since RTO is a soft layoff. Carrot and stick for sure, but if the goal is headcount reduction without a nasty layoff announcement, why offer the carrot at all?
