No one is ever safe around here but it seems like your manager likes you a lot if you got all 2s. I was well prepared to get laid off after I got the threes I left with a big smile on my face and retired.
So if I got 2s for 2022 I should be safe?
They get rid of who they want I was at the bank for decades, always got ones and twos on my performance review. Coincidentally, and unbelievably this year I got threes. Then I was laid off. It’s all premeditated and preplanned. If they wanna get rid of, you will find any reason to.
Rumor is private bank will see a round or two
