Elite Layoffs?

We had someone let go on May 31st (the day before the spinoff of Elite from TR). Presented to the team as “performance” related. But timing is very suspect so wanted to see if any other groups were affected.

If you think about it, selling Elite itself is another type of layoff. Employees and products TR no longer needs to deal with paying for

Did not hear about any big layoffs since months. Did you not relize that TR is playing games trying different ways to see how much they can squeeze everyone out?? You worry about big layoffs but there will be none, they want people who are not OK with their new sick strategy to leave :) so they can keep weak ones to manipulate haha

I'm not convinced that this has anything to do with performance. it seems like they're telling the same thing to everyone, so they probably don't want anyone to ask about the selection criteria or budget cuts or any potential bias.

Thanks for this post. Didn’t hear anything from my direct area of Elite.
