When I was there, it would be a round of WFR, with an extra cash incentive if you applied for voluntary redundancy. Those who applied for voluntary frequently didn't get it, as it was cheaper to WFR the folks who hadn't applied for voluntary. This is the sort of 'ethical' behaviour we've come to expect from Mikey & his Finchy.
Speak to your managers if you want VR. It’s doable.

They want a way of reducing numbers in high cost countries without formally running a redundancy programme which gas to be notified. You package should be negotiable. They did this in Sept 2022
At 61 and 24 years service I want out of this cesspool of incompetence. VR would be great, where do I volunteer ??
