Q1 2023 Field and Sales
Q2 2023 Support done quietly ... some sales
who's next?
Expect to hear ELT say no layoffs; blah blah blah ... and then they will say; we are in growth phase and certain department will need to shrink so others can grow to increase sales ... typically engineering will get hit in such a phase ... my 2 cents
Axing people before the end of the quarter might mean they need that to shore up results in the following quarter. TD executives have no strategy. They just lumber from quarter to quarter hoping they can cash in those stock options.
Not just velocity AES but also SEs and some of the partner sales team as well as partner integration people. I heard enablement was hit too. Anyone else?
Were those impacted it similar roles to the Americas Velocity (new logos) team that was let go this month?

NC is the laughingstock of this company. Nobody respects him. Rank-and-file employees only applaud him affraid of retaliation if they don't do so. I lost all respect in his first presentation to our group when his first slide was photos of his kid, partner, music stuff, hungarian BS. Nobody cares about your life, dude. Get your act togehter. We all have families and interests but nobody shoves this down other people's throats. Stop being a crybaby and do the job you were hired for.

The New Logo team is gone, and another McK and NC strategy fails. $30M in we are still spending millions with them. NC don't get me started on my thoughts here.

They just dumped the new logos team? ALL of them? O_o, wooooow that’s concerning.
Should we assume they’ll be replaced with fresh hires? Or refilled from other parts of sales, given how they love to reorg?
Or should we look at this as a big red flag that TD is getting sold SOON? Kinda don’t need a New Logos team anymore if the company is getting sold.

Seems they riffed most/all of SF’s and BL’s teams under JB. Correct? Damn. Some were at Winners Circle last month.
ISR’s in usa still look active on Teams.
Velocity was more like slowlocity.
The Velocity team are (or were) the sales team going after new TD customers / logos.
Can someone please elaborate what the "Velocity" team does? Thanks.

ETL living on their fat pockets and lying to the world about what is truly going on here. A lot of good people got screwed by false commitments. I heard they kept two random people who has zero success… hummmm interesting and ISRs… the ones who actually did their jobs lost out while people who did not are still there… shameful
Let’s see how they spin this. The product cannot be given away! It has failed at every POC and the very few who bought it, it’s not working. The velocity people had no chance from the start based on bad product and the ETL not proving what was needed. I feel bad for them, they got used.
Why Velocity? I thought that was the future of TD?
