It is not a rumor but a fact. List has been already there since Apr. It was just pushed off due to the SG gov.
RIF will be an ongoing process ..those survive this upcoming round may not in subsequent quarters....so stay cool and just be prepared to brace for impact...
Seagate will follow the law...when it is in Seagate's interest.
