The below is not true on T100 and SMRA markets.
SMRA and T100 will merge with the same thing that happened to DDMs, TMs, and RISMs. Everyone at the DM (T100 Senior Managers) and RMM level will be canned and then reinterviewed for open positions remaining. Weeding out the useless ones. Same with Director Level personnel. Keeping the solid SMRA candidates to replace useless as fu-k T100 people. They need to shake up the stagnant T100 markets. Frontline will be hit as well with a harder push to leave on your own with commission adjustments.
Layoffs will happen in July-September for T100 & SMRA. The Care centers just got the boot a week ago so anyone saying no layoffs has no idea what they’re talking about. Paid Bot by Mike Sivert lol.

I’m not on here stirring up sh-t. Stirring up sh-t is telling you lots of layoffs. I’m negating that because I’m in the know on certain departments. There are no SMRA layoffs happening. I told you the day before only one Market Director was being laid off the next day. That came true. I can’t speak to every group, but there are NO SMRA layoffs. There is NO combination of Top 100 and SMRA. And SMRA is above the company’s expectations, dipshits. Lastly… And I would know.

SMRA is next to go. Market shares for SMRA is almost to where TMO wants it to be. SMRA managers/rmm and higher will be cut. July is when it should happen stating the back of half of the last 6 months

The one saying there’s no changes in SMRA is full of it or a paid bot lol. I would also know, and this is confirmed! Date is still unclear but it’s 100% confirmed. Same claims was said last January when people were saying nothings coming!! T-Force just got the boot, and SMRA high level leadership and some of T100 is coming next. Gods luck!

Just got news SMRA is merging with T100! Expected layoffs is confirmed but mostly around areas with 3-4 Core doors in SMRA. All SMRA Senior Mangers and above are out. My Director confirmed so it’s happening.

Yes , there will be a big downsize coming in SMRA RMM , Senior Manager SMRA and Director level. More on SMRA than Top 100 Senior Managers channel. It’s confirmed, don’t be fooled if anyone says otherwise! Look what some people said about this past January, stating no layoffs… rumor going around is Directors are shopping around between both channels on who they are keeping.
