Had anybody heard rumblings that sales reps are gone next April; completely 100% order writers going forward?

Hey person from East Hanover… it’s the end of July with no word on any announcements in August? As a matter of face mid august reps are being sent to a 7hr sales training at our warehouse
East Hanover here, don't really care about telling you all this cause I have five job offers lined up.
Expect a major announcement about restructuring and optimization come August.
They will be offering petty severance to 5+ year employees. And restructuring with an obvious bias towards certain type of person.
My advice would be to not sign anything and demand double to triple their severance offer. They will use tricks to get you to take the deal but don't listen to them.
I hope that's true. We're nothing more than temporary babysitters anyway
I wouldnt be surprised if Mission 1 stood for 1 year. Keep the SR’s around for a year to hopefully train the order writers and get them up to speed and comfortable then get rid of them all. Why else would they have implemented such a terrible sales structure? To just pi-s the Stores off and rack up complaints?

Thats pretty obvious. If we were going to be around for the long haul then we would be doing 100% of the order writing now. Instead they want us to stick around for a year to help train before getting the boot
