See what I did there? 🤣
Door in, Robinson, Jennings, Bozeman all out.
Fatley somehow continues to snow Bill into believing that everything is others' fault.
Teflon Jimmy!

Good to hear K. Robinson is out before she can do more damage to the company. Too bad she got the promotion for the retirement benefits bump.
Great job. I guess the term has no meaning now.
I was surprised to see Robinson abruptly leave Ford without any notice. She did a great job holding the company together and steering it through the covid 19 pandemic.
Exactly Kierstan wasn’t a good fit for that role. She was clearly stuck there as a fall guy for Kumar. That guy is quite skilled at teeing people up to “retire” when things go wrong.
Robinson never made sense in that role. Clearly a placeholder until her contract ended.
Bozeman found out just how f’d up the company is related to our distribution model and probably butted heads with Farley. He gave Ford the finger.
What message does this send?
Door ad campaign to reduce the possibility of layoffs:

Three down, still need to lose about 50 more executives to be comparable to other manufacturing companies of our size.
Whirlpool has similar problems, they traded us Door for Rob Moser, who stayed only until his stock options vested. I doubt Door will last as long.
Success has thousands of mothers/fathers/parents.
Failure has no parents. Failure is an orphan. Those responsible tend to flee when failure is imminent.
The new hires feel like “hey how bad can it be, the bar is low, I can always throw the previous guy/gal under the bus”…
Who else suspects KR got loads of keep quiet exit money. Oh no I never sent those age discrimination planning emails to the BOD and BCG my Ford email was hacked. LOL
They wanted disruption…right? That’s what they got? Disrupt themselves to bankruptcy!
Since DF's usefulness expired a year ago, perhaps it is time to move on.
Fingers-crossed! We can only hope.
Where was Doug Field today? I joined a few minutes late and he was not in today's important town hall. What's going on??
