If you look up the definition of a manager, coach or team lead. None of them apply in my club.

Oh no, they are qualified if they have no clue and tell a 6 yr associate they don't know what their doing
Your right!!
That applies for most managers/leads. This company prefers to promote off who is the biggest brown noser, not is this person actually qualified.
