We need leaders in TX PA WV
SWN has so many managers, most of who could be laid off without anybody ever noticing. But where are all the leaders? Especially among the C-suite? Is there one person that is in some way in charge that you would refer to as a leader? Not a single name comes to mind. Not in TX PA WV. Sad.

It’s just a place to work. It’s not your dream job. A few years ago under Harold Korel (sp), it was a career job. No more!
What the eff? I’m noticing strange behaviors lately around our company. I heard rumors that at least three individuals at corporate have been screaming in the hallways like they are mentally ill and their hair is on fire. One of them was committed and the other two need daily meds to cope with the stress after HR got involved. I think our so called “leaders” are hiding in the bushes not wanting to be seent for fear that they’ll be laid off soon.
