I finally got a new offer and I can't wait to leave here. However, I've been here too many years to be indifferent to how much this place has fallen into disrepair in the meantime…
I don't know if I'm more angry or sad that the decision makers have ruined this company…

I wonder how “Innovation without disruption” is going? Now that APS got creamed. Is Avaya being “Open, Honest, and Transparent” with the customers and partners about why so many projects are getting disrupted? I’d like to hear the BS they’re laying out at Engage to try a hide the chaos they’ve created. APS was carrying a lot of weight for the partners, who’s carrying the weight now?
100% agree. Negligence, incompetence and arrogance caused this sad demise.
I am sad that many of my friends were harmed. I am sad that what had been a technology leader that I could brag about is now a joke. I am angry that our "leaders" enriched themselves while destroying the company.
