More reorgs coming when Erin (from Chase - surprise!) starts 5/1.
When do the constant reorgs end?
Never.

All I got is: SN’s eyes are super creepy in her Teamworks photo and probably in every photo of her 😳
I like working for Divya she really seems to listen to everyone. , Sandra is ok as well but her AMA’s are fairly useless as all the questions are of a more personal nature; dog, vacations, what are you reading etc. I wish she had something to say instead of hoping someone asks an intelligent question. It’s gone on for too long. She can blame us for not being prepared but she needs to step up and lead.
No. SF is the first to go. Employees won't stop s*tting on the sidewalks and pssing in the elevators.
SN... what a self-important factory of cringe
Will Des Moines be sunsetted with this reorg?
No doubt TK is the driver. New execs always have to reorg. It is an ego thing. Rarely do they wait for a year or two and find out what is working and what isn't and make thoughtful decisions.
Don't understand why my WFSC comment was downvoted, it's factually true.
let's re-org and displace the dead weight middle mgrs!!
sheesh, after the last brutal displacement, my team was cut 3/4 leaving those of us left to take on 2 or 3 people queue--while our mgr jumps on every project call and spews word salad to remain relevant.
@jpk+1mcORzRq The announcement is out! Sometimes there is real info buried on this board.
SN = nails on chalkboard
Big one in Tech coming also. Idk if it’s TK wanting to shake things up or those who didn’t get the SvB job whining their way to change, 50/50 shot at either.
Back in the old Wells Fargo Services Company days, annual reorgs were just the way things worked.
What’s the scoop with the Sandra Nudelman/Divya reorg?
