Wells Fargo setting themselves up for next lawsuit. 5 day work week for branches they closed on saturdays….branches that remain open can flex a day during the week only if your non exempt and work longer hours on remaining days.The exempt managers whose branches closed get every weekend off. Tell me how that is fair?

There needs to be some class action lawsuits. This is discriminatory.
