They’re being down voted by Home Office. Most of the field employees are pretty disgusted.

The company LOOKs bad because it IS bad lol.. its all been downhill since the "Easter Massacre" of 2013 layoffs
The Negative 7, nothing magnificent about them. It’s actually comical at this point, as their negative reviews only validates the poster’s comments.
The field employees have a right to be disgusted in my honest opinion. If you applied for one of those new positions there has been very little communication about your status if any communication at all which is highly frustrating and very stressful.
Lol, well our whole staff has been laid off, none of us got the new jobs and outsiders (not even Follett people) are the new managers. Well good luck to you all! I’m just gonna eat popcorn and watch it all go down in flames. Of our regular employees, everyone of them has had interviews somewhere else. They are all quitting.
Home Office has no touch with reality. Everything looks good on paper to them, but they have no idea what any of us really do in the stores. They talk about time management and "working away from your desk", but let's put them in a store and watch them try to manage their time and work away from their desks when students and customers are always in need of something and they are the only ones running the store.
Go ahead, HO, vote this down, but you all know it is the absolute truth.
