UHC / Optum has replaced almost all of their customers services representatives with off shore people. The sale reps. are safe because you need a license to sale an insurance policy.

They will have to work, because they won't be able to transfer calls. When they pi-s people off.
CSRs tasks offshore will then be replaced by AI in the next 1-2 years. They are documenting all the processes in detail to facilitate the AI transition. No one is safe.
