Bare Minimum Mondays (or here EVERY day)
Saw this article this morning. Looks like another excuse to not work: "Bare Minimum Mondays" is a term that refers to employees doing the bare minimum amount of work necessary on Monday. This practice is often seen as a way to cope with work-related pressure and prioritize self-care. The practice may involve doing low-key administrative tasks and focusing on self-care." Of course, if you're WFH on Mondays as an example, does that mean you do nothing? How about you share your work strategy?

Keep in mind, this isn’t 1946, where WWII veterans were fortunate to have jobs and support families in starter homes. They succumbed to anything. Now, it’s a matter of balance. An excellent CEO and managers will reap greater rewards from employees. At SWN, the CEO, upon occasion, should stand at the doorway and hand out $100 dollar bills. Unheard of! The productivity would soar. Loyalty would be unsurpassed.
I usually get to the office, get a cup of coffee, black - stare at my screen and my investment portfolio (SWN stock sucks btw), let my coffee “brew” for a bit and then roam around looking for a low traffic restroom and take about a 45 min dump. By then, it’s time to check my ring cameras, check on my Amazon orders and send an email to the boss pretending like I’m really curious about a big issue…. Then it’s lunch time. I usually hit off site with my homies cause the Market is overpriced upper hunyuk bullsh-t. I spend most afternoons hiding out in stairwells fa----g away my lunch until it’s time to hit the restroom and flush lunch. You call it Bare Minimum, I call it a normal workday at the SWN.
