Rolling back a mandatory inspection schedule doesn't mean that the RR can't continue inspecting at a the higher rate if needed to catch safety issues before failures occur. Government regulation was setting a minimum requirement, it's on the RR if they only perform to the minimum and "bad stuff happens". IMO they should be held completely liable for all damages related to failed safety equipment, especially if it could've been caught via a reasonable inspection schedule vs. only doing what they were forced into. By completely liable, I mean both the RR company and it'a BoD & C-suite being held personally liable for costs &/or potential imprisonment. Don't shift the blame to B.O.M. that was previously in office since he signed off on a change that was brought to him by others in gov't.
Those crashes happened because Trump rolled back regulations on a lot of things than NObama thought he was 'fixing'. It was necessary too.
These types of accidents do happen. They are all tragic and our thoughts and prayers should lift up the survivors.
Now that population control is the 'new cool thing' among the most elite, this is a win-win for them. Don't like a 'red county' ? Simply crash a train of full toxins there (East Palestine, OH) or build a toxic plant there (Marshall, MI) - we can use the 'death data' later to further 'duh syence'. Why can't Ford clean up and RECYCLE and REPURPOSE somewhere on it's vast acres of Ford Land they already own ? Why must they destroy Marshall, MI ? Do they (Ford and MI Govt.) hate the people there that much ?
