Poorly written article (and worse headline). These were offers set in place last year and rolled over to 2023 start dates.
We're bleeding people and they refuse to do anything about it. They want us to pick up the additional work with no pay increase and following the 2% raise or nonexistent bonuses last year.
People have checked out and refusing the additional work. Not our responsibility to do the work of ten people who fled for better opportunities. They gonna fire who's left? Doubt it, hire or pay appropriately.
