Their main concern is making money for their highly paid corporate and Human Resources employees. If you line the leadership team up, you will undoubtly see a strong profile resembulance. They look very similar and act like stepford wives. They do not cultivate a diverse and valued workforce. I see them going out of business or being bought out. Their intermittent layouts allow them to weed out individuals, and allow them to assemilate like robots. Really sad that Upper Management allows the craziness to go on all the time in the HR and recruiting functions. Also surprised they don't have more civil rights lawsuits. I can only hope I never have to work with those losers in any future role when they do the next layoff.
