Any estimates when you think GM will be asked to leave? Thinking of him leaving is one of the few reasons I’d want to stay here….

I’m the OP. I gave my resignation today. But I’ll keep my eye out for the news of GM getting canned and will celebrate with all of you in spirit.

Next Org Health survey I would recommend not completing it all. I feel like that would be more powerful than submitting negative scores. Besides half the leadership / management team will be new so it will just be sand bagging their baseline, and then they will get rewarded if the scores go up.
Let’s see the Org Health Survey results. We already know the scores.

GM - can you kinda - sorta resign from MDT and live up to MDT mission - alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for (if not - millions of people around the world at-least your employees).
