It’s the “meet the distribution” part that I disagree with. That should not be necessary. I’m glad we have a meritocracy here. I think it’s the best way for a company to run. But, I also think I’m a group of 5 people you can have 1 outstanding performers, 2 excellent performers, and 2 very good performers without have to force people into other buckets for the sake of a distribution. Talent and performance is not distributed that way (especially when you’ve already spent years cutting the “lowest performers”) and forcing it does not make logical sense.
That is the d-mbest thing I've ever heard. You know we aren't allowed to have an opinion or talk unless it matches what management wants to hear. Geeesh

Competition and cooperation don’t effectively work together! Simple!
