Where on the email is a link to a pdf that gives the calculation of te severance?

Under the follett family of fools, some people were granted 1 week for every 2 years of service. Keep in mind, the family targeted staff who had more than 15 years at follett for suddenly stupid elimination. No severance for them.
My severence only delivered to my numbered email. I get training emails in my personal when it was due so yes, my email is definitely there. It delivered 20 minutes before the store closed and I had to leave with the person filling in at the store so I printed everything to take with me to read, sign, and return. Wonder how long it's gonna take to get the corrected version...
@rap+1mq0lgOj: that’s funny because I updated everything even my work email to my personal email and it was still sent to my name Follett email address. I immediately printed it but should have known that was too smooth. Thankfully my hr rep is great and use to cleaning up their mess. They can’t even get us out correctly.
Saw the $ amount twice. No link to the pencil whipping it took to get there. Three email to HR. No help
@vfe+1mq0lgOj: Severance emails are supposed to be sent to your personal email, not store assigned email. If you didn't put your real email address in your profile, that's your fault. Every communication I have received stated to make sure your email was correct.
Lawsuit anyone? Nothing would make me happier than class action suit.

The person doing the calculations must be the same person who calculates monthly payroll hours based on store hours entered in the estore portal.

The severance is at the bottom of the email and the dollars are in the paragraph. You have to calculate the money. Lots have already emailed it was incorrect. They are resenting after corrected.
What's also interesting is that it appears the e-mail accounts for those scheduled for severance have been locked. They didn't send them until later in the day yesterday and some people may need to access the documents to print because their last active day was last week.
