Has anyone else noticed in OneSouce director and up roles have been mapped to a hub location closest to where they live? What does this mean?

The support hubs have been in there for at least 4 years & it's for every remote employee (not just director and above).
Not sure if I’d read too much into this.
It’s automatically selected for remote employees when your manager enters in your official address (what your pay / tax / remote) is based off of.
The hubs are Tampa, San Antonio, PHX & Colorado.
Chesapeake, Charlotte & Plano aren’t hubs.
Rhetorical question, right? Lol. Or are you someone that just needs a stop sign spelled out for you?
That's weird. Even someone willing to relocate wouldn't necessarily choose the hub closest to them geographically.
Only your manager (or their delegate) can see this.
If you manage people you can see
Not seeing where in OneSource you see that. Can you be a bit more specific, please?
My money is on forced RTO for them.
