CRO org is completely dysfunctional

I think all of the CRO Leadership is so disconnected to reality. Like planting flowers in p-o. Roundtree, Wells, Neeraj, Milner etc
I know for a fact that his direct reports do not trust him - he is constantly changing his direction and will not hesitate to throw people under the bus! Toxic leader.
He just looks like a conman. I heard bad things about him at Citi.
They need to get rid of him. He is the WORST.
There is a reason why he was flattened at Wells Fargo and moved to USAA. He was a total flop at Wells.
