I guess there isn’t a sale process ongoing if they are looking to shortly hire a new CEO.
Quarterly results were lousy as well.

So the new CEO is the same guy. Just reinforces a sale is coming soon.
There is a process going on to sell ACI to Private Equity but they’re struggling over the valuation numbers. It should still happen within the next quarter.
