Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

It's so obvious

In parallel they’re working hard to “optimize” work/lab space and headcount who always work onsite. Looks like paranoia? Nope, just another plan in action to make people leave without severance package. To the most “lucky” and patient survivors they will pay the minimal package from the money they deducted from your wage, bonuses and rewards.

Good observation, @1tvx+1mqqFFrS

Nothing like flexing your working from the office muscle. I know it's hard work to speed in at 10am in your over priced Mercedes, sit around the cafe drinking soda and chatting about the next ops review you're gonna run. Add value, from anywhere. Nothing else matters.

RTO whiners worried they're going to have to actually start working again.

You can’t RTO if there’s no O to R to.

I doubt if any meaningful number of people are going to leave just because of RTO. They have nowhere to hide. All other companies calling onsite.
