in addition to all the new terms there will be orgainized cleaning crews for EOD. Dell has reduced janitorial staff and everyone must chip in to help sanitize the facilities

You are right about the 50km but the rest you say is incorrect.
so...the the fist time you only go in two days a week, you can expect to be terminated the following week. I see a massive reduction in force upcoming.
I have some details which I was told not to share, but it’s anonymous so whatever. Folks will be forced to come to work at least 3 days a week if writhing 50kms. Failure to do so will lead to immediate termination without severance. In 6 months this will be further expanded to 5 days a week again failure to comply will lead to termination.
There is also a plan to increase work hours from 40 hours a week to 45 hours a week.
