There will be no voluntary severance. Get that out of your thoughts. There would be a mass exodus. Instead you need to perfect the art of doing as little as possible for as long as possible.

No aggressive action was mentioned. It's a very soft policy all said. I don't think managemnet wants to lose anyone over it. So just take it with a grain of salt.

i will come back to the office. i will not work any hours outside my contracted hours. i will take breakfast, lunch and any other break that is contracted. if i miss a call while on lunch then please schedule one around my availability
