Every morning was stressful for me. Reports to do and finish start at 7:30. Managers want to know when you are finished. They will text you in 45 minutes to see if you have. That’s a rush. Then there are meetings constantly on teams while you are suppose to have a production log of work at 90 %. I really don’t know how people work here. They must have lost so much confidence in themselves because First American is a sweatshop .
