It could be the greatest company on earth but for it’s toxic culture.

Potential is stuck at mediocre (middle third), cl 27 as it can’t seem to drop the toxicity to drive change.

There are many other places that are far less toxic where you can earn enough to fund retirement and enjoy an “upscale lifestyle.” Life is too short to waste your time dealing with the psychos that run the EM ward.

Hi @gwm, @ytf here

My wife and I have been married since 1974. This May we will celebrate our 49th anniversary. We have a full family including grandchildren. We are surrounded by love. Thanks for asking.

Yes, I worked my bu-t off for EM with tons of time away from the family. I gave that time up to ensure my family would succeed through my efforts to provide. It worked. Now, retired, I’ve got another +20 years (God willing) to figure out each day what I would like to do for the rest of my life, as I relax poolside with my favorite beer and high-grade smoke toke. Ha! :)

My advice to you is to adapt to the corporate culture or move on + NEVER stop looking for the next job. Worked for me.

Take care. Peace.

EM is definitely not the greatest place on earth; although, thanks (in part) to EM I was able to provide for my family, fully fund a retirement and live a generally upscale life, so there is that. Ha!
