Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

Changes CS needs as a priority

It's not the employees' fault, but those at the top that this company has become such a mess.
I had a little discussion with colleagues about which changes are necessary to be prioritized here and I'm also interested in your opinion?

It's not only in IT. Dennis' good friend Mr. Gipson is another example. He isn't d-mb, he just lacks integrity. He'll sit there all day telling you how important it is to take care of yourself and your families while he allows and in at least one case participated in some pretty shady behavior. I haven't dealt with enough here to say for sure that it permeates everything, but I can say confidently that these problems are encouraged at some of the highest levels.

Can’t be an ego thread without mentioning Bashar! How dare you forget about him! Biggest bully of them all.

Don’t forget Heier, he’s the biggest clown of all. His ego requests that I mention him as well.

Hahahahahaha just laughing at the scene of Dennis and Simon reading these threads. Two of the biggest a s s clowns in technology. They may block it at work but I’m sure they read these threads as their egos are so big they wouldn’t know how to stay away. The Visa mafia you brought over are all d-mb

It's pretty obvious Schwab needs new leadership.

Walt and the executives really missed the mark on interest rates and have created a stale, toxic working environment where it's almost impossible to get work done, much less drive change. Communication is also non existent and they lack the trust of their employees

At some point the executives will get a huge bonus and fade away like they always do. The mess will be left for someone else to clean up

This site wasn't being blocked and Dennis / Simon had a fit and put a bunch of IT people through the ringer.

Your employees aren't happy with and lack confidence in the direction you've taken the firm. Focus on that instead of a fire drill
