Months into this and it’s still a train wreck. You want me to go to the manager that has had skipped deliveries, out of stocks, then over ordering, not building displays, not ordering for displays. But still try to sell them on something? This company has fallen off the deep end. I’m grabbing a rope and saving myself. Told my boss today, don’t be surprised when the time comes and I hand in my two weeks. They work so hard to keep the ones that do their time and bare minimum that they’re loosing the good ones. I’ve been told many many times as I’ve tried to move up “be patient. Something will come your way” . Damn right it will. Somewhere else. I’ve heard nothing but good things from people that have left this company over the years, even before mission one. I should have listened. Don’t stick around like I did

This is the absolute truth, it’s just sad that we have so many good people who were once proud to represent NABISCO, a family company we all grew up on and this is we’re we are now…😡😔🥲
It’s never too late, glad you are moving on! If more people did this they may have to address the issues! Getting out is the best thing I ever did! My boss would try to throw me under the bus all the time, I have more respect for myself!

Hello Mr Manager. I know my shelf and displays always look like cr-p. I know service has been bad. I know we have holes on the shelf and alot of backstock. I know we had a couple deliveries missed and a couple orders that didn't get worked til next day. I know sometimes my merchandisers forget to build mandated displays but hear me out. Let's do a 2 pallet summer themed seasonal display in center aisle!!
