Just was notified our branch is being closed as of September 6! I was told there are 12 other branches closing throughout the footprint also!

They are offering one position at a neighboring branch where there is absolutely no room. Also very toxic environment. Amazing how one employee can bring a whole branch down, but doesn't matter if you make those numbers then it's ok with them. Very poor management all around.
At this rate , getting severance might be the best at the end of the day
Get a severance package if stay till Sep. 7. Last day for customers is Sep. 6.
Work in a branch in Wisconsin as well. Haven’t heard anything yet. Did you get a severance if you stay till 9/6? If you heard was it worth sticking around or just get another job?
