Managers steal ideas from team members because they are clueless and run around parading the idea as their own = the JPMC culture way

I was hired in Jan 2018, left in Jun 2022.

I automated the work for an an entire team of 12 analysts.

Applied for a lateral move 3 times, last year.
Never considered for any of them. Finally The last job was given to a family member (zero experience) of my director.

I quit that day.

This statement is very true. I am a former employee after 20+ years and ALL of the cr-ppy work nobody wanted to do or accounts people screwed up always landed on my desk or in my email because everyone knew I would get it done, get it done right and make things right for the customer. I'm convinced I was passed over multiple times for promotion or new opportunities because my department would no longer have a dumping ground. I've been gone over a year working for a few FI running my own division and I couldn't be happier.
