Ascension is fully outsourcing its Leave Of Absence team to Sedgewick. They already tried this about 5 years ago and it was an abject disaster, prompting the return of the in house LOA team. But you know, cutting 6 mediocre paying positions will fix all the financial bungling of leadership.

Ascension sucks as a whole. The execs have ran the company into the ground. Anything to save a buck and make the big whig pockets fatter. Wolves in sheeps clothes, that use their mission as a distraction.
Oh they probably aren’t done! You can’t trust them there will be more positions. LOA is just the beginning of more to come.
