The continued cost cutting and opex reductions will have consequences soon. these are all been driving by the over compete to win at all costs. Integrity projects cut with the comments, if you can’t meet targets, we will get someone who can. Toxic culture that won’t change until something bad happens. The operating plants are feeling the pain much more than DWW. Anyone else seeing this,

Massive IT system failures recently... definitely attributable to the deep cost cuts. More to come; hope "nobody gets hurt"...
Get with the program people. You don’t like it get out while you can. Lots of other places to work. McDonalds is always hiring. The cost cutting is to make the books look good! The cash is needed to buy somebody out. Watch out $FANG

I think this is the new culture DW is initiating. And I also expect it is a little retaliatory from the Engine1 vote….fund LCS as painfully as possible. Hotdesking is the perfect example. Not necessary; they could have restacked and given 80-90% of people permanent seats while accomplishing the same thing. But they didn’t. They took away everyone’s seats while also remodeling the executive office.
Supposedly it’s to get ready to buy someone , which makes sense. If not your right. But I don’t think they even realize still on the gaps of experience gone yet. Again the earnings are an addiction. Do addicts have full vision in life? Not that I know of .
