Terrible Managers

There are so many terrible leaders here . When they had the chance to upgrade when they bought UnionBank , HR fumbled the ball and thought top ranking was too hard. To be honest there are many of us who would rather work for UnionBank leaders than our own.

US Bank isn't know for anything but enslavement. Managers or leadership doesn't exist here.

The oldest employees all seem beaten down and always take the very first exit ramp. They know how to keep their heads down and do nothing to attract attention. You feel empathy for their poor career choices. None of them seem happy and proud of their career.

This is the worst run banking organization I've ever seen in banking and I'm a dinosaur in this industry. Lack of caring for employees and there well being is disgusting. Empathy doesn't exist at US Bank. Horrible leaders isn't the word. Unethical and immoral leaders is more like it.

They believe sending an email or a 2 dollar welcome box does anything for morale. I wondered why industry partners at other financial institutions look down on people who work at US Bank. Now I know why!!!

If the shock of their lives are layoffs, I think they know we are cutting them and have intentionally put them at the bottom of the list on job postings , since we already know who we want in roles. Or if you are talking about being shocked by the low quality of management here, I think many of them already figured it out during their interactions during this acquisition

TOS is loaded with useless managers. Longterm goofs that have never added anything to any conversation. Official meeting goers that talk just to hear themselves babbling. Millions per year could be saved to eliminate TOS levels.
