What a long line of BS. AI is NOT the reason for recent layoffs. AI is the newest salt marketing is sprinkling on products to sell stuff. 10 years ago it was Cloud, a few years ago it was blockchain. Recently it has been Zero Trust. Now ChatGPT is the newest flavor so AI is the marketing term of the day. AI won't take YOUR job. Someone who knows how to use AI will take your job. Big difference.

This is your theory, not fact. AI had stuff all to do with these layoffs, it was numbers based. I know a lot of people that were laid off and many were not replaced by an AI. We had too many staff in an area, some got cut, thats how this works.
