What am I missing? Time after time the LT breaks trust by saying one thing in Hands All meetings and then following up with exact opposite actions... just a few weeks ago it was all so rosy (best q results blah-blah-blah, green all over), only to follow up with layoffs and requests for cuts... How can we trust them?!?!

The company is going down and bleeding money covering up by cutting heads. It’s that simple. Manipulation of the narrative is as old as business. Top level making the money while others are disposable once you are not of use or following the narrative you are gone.
Terribledata is taking on water and the id--t investors are clueless. Sure, the stock went up, along with almost all tech stock, but the Q2 results will tell the tale.
Meta has set a trend. Fire and get rich. Stock goes up, execs cash out… simple. Don’t waste your time reading too much into the words..they are cheap.
SM, HA, KCC, DS and JW. Feigned peer collaboration and then trash talk each other and their respective groups. How dare they speak to us, the trustworthy employees who have built this company about trust. Practice what you preach ELT
Just collect your paycheck and keep looking outside. Trust is irrelevant at this point.
100% why we have to do that trust training this month.
So much easier for KCC & SM to sp-t out some trust training module to check off the to-do list to improve company trust… instead of putting in the REAL work of have trustworthy executives who are held accountable. -_-
Just feel comfortable in that ELT and the Board are cashing in stock like crazy + not buying any new.
