This proves that the whole GTH Q&A is staged , the same embedded sw guy asked a question at the last one what are the chances that out of thousands of people he gets chosen again ? Nil. But he met the DEI criteria so why not I guess.

I'd like to point out that for decades there have been organisations within movements to "improve our society" who used the opportunity for self-enrichment more than out of actual concerns. I recall a small/mid-size company (<150 employees) I worked for back in the 1980's who would host a monthly employee appreciation pizza dinner where beer was present. One of the big "do-gooders" at that time was MADD, who shook down management to make contribution to them or they'd make a big public fuss about allowing employees to "drink at work". They didn't demand the dinners cease, or even that no alcohol be present, just that if they received a "donation" they wouldn't make a bunch of negative press for what was a regional business at the time.
The training is a joke @1ikx. In other words open your minds and your wallets, relinquish everything you have worked for to those who chose to spend their time whining, conning and begging. Rolling up their sleeves and doing hard work is beneath them, they deserve to be placed immediately into management.
Ah now how did that work out for Detroit? Once a lovely vibrant city turned into a dump (with a minor pockets of vitality within). Coleman Young was rated as the twelfth worst American big city mayor.

I think that you will really benefit from some of the mandatory training Ford is implementing. It is all about diversity and will really open your mind.
