Charles Schwab will NEVER recover from this backstabbing move. Let's see. What does Walt say? Trust is built over time but lost in an instant. Indeed. Trust WAS lost in an instant. Transparency? No, just lie after lie. Wow. I never pegged our Executive Leadership team as liars, but now we know who they really are. I didn't know Walt was so foolish. Hasn't he seen the corporate backlash that so many other companies have received lately? He has lost his sensibility. They work us to death with the enormous integration volume over the past few years, and the only saving grace was that we could work from home. Schwab says they are different. But how does this make us different than all of the other wall street firms? We used to be "the cleanest shirt in the drawer". But now we KNOW our leadership is dirty, just like all of the rest of them.

Don’t know why you’re being downvoted but I bet it’s by people who committed to a certain number of days and didn’t follow through. Even though they could have updated their WPF plan at any point.
Between the Boomer Mentality of Walt & EC and that lack of follow through we were bound to get screwed. It just allows them to justify their bullsh-t wE nEeD to Be iN tHe OfFicE thing.

Walt was upset at last all hands no? People said they committed to some level of using the site and their seats, but people didn’t uphold their side of the bargain so now they came up with a new rule. The children made the parents mad and so now they are being disciplined. We are all going to pay for those that didn’t show up.

You are late to this realization. Remember when they said they were going to go with the best people and systems? Or when they were going to adjust bonuses to make them more fair? Or when the insurance was going to improve? Or when "leadership" was going to do ask me anything's?
